is daq card same as gpib card?

i'm a practical student in telekom r&d malaysia.i would like to ask wether if we have inserted the gpib card, can we use the daq assistant?i've tried it but the was an error shows-no physical device.tq..

DAQ card and GPIB card are completely different hardware.  Therefore you can't use DAQ Assistant for GPIB card.
