hp33120a_InitWithOptions returned an error: -1074135040

   Hello, I have defined a function generator (hp33120a) in the "IVI drivers" in the MAX, i.e. passed through the next steps: logical name, driver session, instrument driver software module and hardware asset. After that I made a sequence in TestStand - a small sequence containing only one step: Generator reset. It doesn't mater what is the operation, chosen in the "Edit IVI tools" window (Init, Reset, Self test etc.), the result is the next: "IVI Error: The IVI instrument failed to initialize for logical name 'FG'. Details: hp33120a_InitWithOptions returned an error: -1074135040 (0xbffa0000)."

   I did the same with additional instrument (TDS210). The result is just the same. It seems I am missing some definition. I have gone through all the definitions and settings with an engineer from our local technical support. There is no improvement. May somebody help me??? Why "InitWithOptions" returns an error?

Hello Navaro,

        First, please confirm that your hardware resource is valid (try using the VISA interactive Control) and that you save the IVI Config Store before trying to run your TestStand sequence.  Second, please confirm that you have the current version of the IVI Compliance Package installed and if you do, please try repairing it.  Also confirm that the current version of NI-VISA is installed on your system.

Please let us know if those steps do not take care of the error,
