hp 4145B Instrument driver

Hi, I have downloaded the hp 4145B.dll and i can run each of these VIs separately to operate my device. But I want the data to be written in a text file or into an excel spreadshit. There is an output Vi file in the library however that does not write the data to any file. I am very new to labview so could anyone please tell me how to capture the X and Y data from the device and write into a text file?

Hi,

I believe you can use the File I/O -> Write to Spreadsheet File Vi. Just connect it to the X/Y data line and you should be good to go.

I am new to LabVIEW and 4145B.  I don't know where to download its driver you mentioned here.  Could you please give me more info?
