Hi everybody!

I want to communicate to my thorlabs motor with labview but it's don't work whereas with APTuser its work.

I put you the pictures of my program I did and error's pictures in attachements.

I retry this morning and it's work >< I don't know why maybe because I restart the computer... But now it's APT utility doesn't work...

I think this a problem of refnum.

Can you try to close the reference at the end of your VI ?

Even I am having same problem with TDC001 controller from ThorLabs. Were you able to sort out the problem?

Hi everyone. 

I'm having this exact problem with my TDC001.

I had an excellent program running with it for the past 15 months on my desktop and then all of the sudden a week ago I get this error. I've tried re-booting the computer and also attaching to other usb ports and still no luck.

I hooked it up to my laptop and ran APTuser and it worked fine. Why out of nowhere (after over 1000 runs of my program) does my desktop all of the sudden no communicate with this product?
