communication issue between CS cornerstone USB and Labview version 2019

Hi all,

I am trying to stablish communication between a monochromator from Newport, more specifically, CS260 Oriel Cornerstone trough a USB port. I have installed the drivers from Newport webpage ftp://download.newport.com/Oriel/Monochromators%20and%20Spectrographs/Cornerstone%20Monochromator%20...

When I try to run the VI of the monochromator in Labview 2019, the arroy is broken and no communication is stablished. It seems like Labview does not recognize the monocromator drives, so I have no control over the Newport monochromator.

If something similar happened to you with this Newport CS USB (oriel 260 cornerstone model), could you please give me some guidance?

I'm having something similar happen - ocassionally reinstalling the drivers helps but over time it loses connection. 

Were you able to find a more permanent solution?
