most of the rs232 cables don't seem to be wide enough for our purpose. the rs232-c connection on our device has 13 pins. is there an additional adaptor that can be bought to make it fit?
I really have no idea. If it is a straight through, you still might need to swap pins to get a null modem connection. The information should be contained in the manual. What does it tell you to use? You have that - I don't.
