Where can I find out the document of ibwrt command?

Are there any documents to explain commands that ibwrt sends, like *CLS, OPMD CWMEAS?

When ibwrt is used, it is used to send instrument specific commands though some, like 'CLS', are specified as being required by 488.2 compliant instruments. All of the commands will be explained in the manual for the instrument. You should get the manual from the vendor.
