Visa Resource name don't show me the COM available on PC

Good Morning I created an .exe with labview for a communication with a RS232,  on my PC ( win XP sp3)work fine and  show me  the COM available on my PC. ( COM1 ,LPT1 , COM3 etc..)

when  I use  the  .exe on a new  PC ( same requirements XP and SP3) once  installed the RTEngine (version  8.6 in my case) , when I try to selecting the  COM ports , don't show me the available ports  of  my PC..

I already checked the  functionality of ports  and  I'm sure that works  fine..

Which is the cause? the release driver of NI.visa?can you help me please..?

I used LV 8.6 and  when  I created the .exe  I used NI visa 4.4.1

You must install NI VISA on the target computer.
