USB-GPIB-HS on Older Computer

Hi,

I have USB-GPIB-HS cable working fine with LabView 7.0 on a recent Dell PC, however, it does not seem to work on an older PC with the same softwares. Can anyone suggest what might be happening. Is it USB 1/ USB 2 problem? The older computer recognizes new hardware as USB-GPIB-HS, however, it gives me a warning and does not work.

Hi e-tan,

Could you provide some more information about the warning?  It would be helpful to post a screen shot of the warning which is displayed.  Also, which operating system are you using, and which version of NI-488.2 is installed?
