Hi everyone,
I'm new on Labview and I want to acquire data from a usb 1608G from Measurement Computing. I can acquire data thanks to the ULx for NI Labview Library included in the usb 1608 G but I would like to use the Measurement & Automation Explorer...
Unfortunately, it does'nt recognize the usb port... Is it because the usb 1608G is not a NI instrument? Is it because I don't have the correct driver?

NI MAX, as the name suggests, was built for "NI" hardware and software, and hence any proprietary hardware of other manufacturers doesn't show up (exception is for VISA-based devices as NI-VISA covers it)
Why do you want it to show up in NI MAX?

MCC's equivalent of NI MAX is InstaCal. You can never use NI MAX with MCC hardware.
In the future, please post your question to Digilent forum for support.

Hello,
Your USB-1608G will not show up in NI MAX because it’s not an NI device. Use InstaCal for setup and ULx for LabVIEW programming.
What is NI Measurement & Automation Explorer (NI MAX) - NI
