Is there any tool support edit/verify the SCPI files?
and if there are any information about implement a SCPI parser  by C lanugage?
any open source? I can not find anyone on sourceforge

Hello,

I'm not sure what SCPI files you are referring to.  SCPI is just a text command set used to communicate with devices.  Here's a link to some general information about SCPI:

There is a tool called IBIC that installs with the NI-488.2 driver.  The Interface Bus Interactive Control is used to communicate using SCPI commands:

It is not free, but I have heard of people being successful with the JPA-SCPI Parser.
