I'm unfamiliar with LabView 7.0 and in process of troubleshooting application with missing "D0CE0C16B1.DLL". Two error dialogs come up.
One error message reads "RUNDLL - Error loading DOCE0C16B1. The specified module cannot be found.
Another error references the application name and gives reference to a missing component. Presumably referencing above file.
I'm assuming I need to reinstall drivers. Where is this file derrived? Is it in the standard software library file? Or is it generated from the application?
