Retrieving values from a load cell

I have been working on Retrieving values from a load cell and I was able to achieve a waveform graph by using HBM VI but how to know the load value the cell is measuring. as the output in the graph is coming in the amplitude. 

how to convert that amplitude value to the kilogram value?

Too little information to guide. What load cell? how is it connected to your computer? what is HBM VI?

it is connected with a LAN cable

this is the VI i am using but it provides me the output in a waveform I don't know how to convert that data to kg
