Hi,
I have a LabVIEW automated measurement system that has "a PC, R&S VNA ZVC, stepper motors to move antennas"
I have developed a program that can do a defined no. of sweeps on the VNA and save the data files(measurement result)from each sweep on VNA harddrive in ASCII format(each file is 100Kb).
I need help on how to transfer these data files from VNA harddrive to the PC harddrive. PC is connected through GPIB to SCP/IEC port of the Analyzer.
The Analyzer also has COM ports and parallel port.
My initial understanding was that I will be able to transfer the data I stored on VNA harddrive manually, by using the VNA internal PC mode but after contacting the Analyzer manufactures I found that I can transfer data through this mode only if there is a USB option or if the Ethernet Card is installed, and both options are not avalible in this case.so I have to do it remotely through LabVIEW.
What are the different options doing it remotely through LabVIEW,that I can use?
