Problem with USB test and measurement device in Visa 5.1.2. While before it work

I have a problem with my Chroma 63600 DC-electronic load. When I use Visa 5.1.2 and connect the load then it is not installing the Test and measurement device driver correctly. My computer even hangs. With version of Visa 4.1 it works without any problem.

I am using Windows 7 and Bits

Thanks for your posting in this forum. 

If you can see in the link below the maximum NI-VISA version of Chroma products is 4.2. That means you can use the older version for that.

Hope you can be able to use the version 4.2 of the NI-VISA.

Problem solved: After  install the VISA Shared Components version 1.4 first uninstalleing then installing everything works properly. Refer to:

Did not work.

Researching for various fixes to get the device working.   Even tried a newly reimaged pc and still does not work.

Also tried other USB ports.

Next will try uninstalling everything then reinstalling.
