PCI serial RS-232/485 isolated 2 port card not recognized

I have NI-Serial 3.6 installed.  I will try the card on another computer to see if it works there.

THe card did not work on windows 7 computers but it worked on an XP machine.

Try installing this

Traditional NI-DAQ (Legacy) for Windows Vista and 7

http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/8EC9E81C3DE4E619862573930083BD7A

Maybe you will need to uninstall all NI software before to install this software, and then you will need reinstall all NI software that you want, except the new DAQmx, this is to detect correctly all hardware made before 2004.

Traditional DAQ has absolutely nothing to do with an NI-Serial card.
