We downloaded the latest sofware and loaded on our PC but this sofware also we are facing the same problem. that is after loading the software we install the board we are gettingthe one window open sayin that " PCI simple communication controller" we tried to load manually but the drivers are no0t detected.
 
For your information we had a old PCI-GPIB SR.NO. BE29EB, Assy no. 183617G-01 on this board we can achieve the communication.

I would like to ask you a few questions about this. What board are you using? Where did you download this software? And what Operating System are you using on your computer? The answers to these questions would really help me help you.
