PCI-GPIB vs. CIO-PC2A. Can I upgrade to PCI-GPIB?

I have a DOS application which controls a CIO-PC2A generic GPIB card. I want to replace this card with a PCI-GPIB card. Can I control the PCI-GPIB card without any drivers? I am currently controlling the I/O ports directly in the DOS application.

Craig,
The following link shows the boards and driver versions that NI currently supports on DOS and Windows 3.x
http://ni.com/support/gpib/versions.htm#pc_dos

It seems that the PCI-GPIB board is not supported on DOS but that an AT-GPIB/TNT(PnP) board would be your best alternative.
