NI Max ver15.5 is not working with Win 10(It only able to connect a few hours)

Ni MAX is able to detect and working USB-GPIB HS with a few hours before disconnect. 

After disconnected, I need to Close all Labview 2013 then re-scan the GPIB in the NI Max only then it work again. But after few hours it will disconnect again.

Hardware: USB-GPIB HS

OS: Win 10

Labview 2013

Test with NI Visa -

1. Ni MAX (NI Visa) -15.5 

2. Ni MAX (NI Visa) -17

3. Ni MAX (NI Visa) -18.7

All NI Visa above is not working

This has everythin to do with power savings on the USB bus devices.

Check your power settings and forbid windows to save power when not on batteries.
