Multiple GPIB interfaces

I currently installed a PCI-GPIB card on a PC that was previously using USB-A in order to speed up acquisition. However, the PCI card doesn't pick up all data points and takes up too much processing allocation. After plugging my USB-A device again, I can talk to instruments connected via USB with the instrumentation explorer. However, my LabVIEW programs will not work. Does anyone know of a particular configuration command that needs to be issued to LabVIEW in order for my programs to use the USB interface?

Could the GPIB-USB-A be configured as GPIB1 and your LabVIEW program is trying to talk to GPIB0? You can swap GPIB0 and GPIB1 within GPIB explorer.
