Initializing visa instrument

Hi

I have just upgraded from 8.5 to 8.6.1 and now the first time I start the program and my application. It fails to initialize visa instrumentation. The strange thing is that at the second time it work well. The error massage comes from the: VISA Configure Serial Port (Instr).vi

Well, if you don't provide the error message and/or error code, it's pretty hard to know what is going on.
