Is free NI Ivi Compilance Package and IVI classes for application development?

or have to pay any license to use?

IVI is free but difficult to debug.
If a project style LabVIEW driver exists it is easier.

I thougth that how IVI compilance Package was developed by NI, was possible that i will need to pay a license to use it

But if not, its fantastic for me 🙂
