How to vary velocity for stepper motor?

Hi

I would like to find out for a stepper motion control system, how can I set the velocity in step/s for my stepper motor. For MAX trajectory settings and 1-D interactive and Motion Assistant, each has their velocity input. Which one would be the tab that determines the velocity of my stepper motor?
