How to "initialize" a device after a GBIP timeout error (EAOB error) ?

I'm trying to control an spectrum analyser (HP8565E) via GBIP with Labwindows CVI 8.0.1.

Generally it works well but sometimes the EAOB error (error 6) appears after sending the "ibwrt" command.
After that error  appeared, it is impossible to communicate with the spectrum analyser via GBIP, the EAOB error always appears when I try to send a command.
However, the "ibstop" and "ibclr" function work !

The only issue I found to solve this problem is to reboot the NI bench which includes the GBIP card !!! After that, I can send the command with ibwrt without any error.

I believe it is a problem of handshaking but I don't know how to solve it .
Is there another mean to "reinitialize" GBIP devices, bus and board without switching them off ?

Thanks in advance.
