How to make a VISA Resource?

I need to make a VISA Socket Resource.  Not access one, but actually make it so that someone can access my PXI PharLap/LinuxRT target using VISA.  Do we have resources to achieve that?

If I have to build the entire IVI stack then it probably isn't worth it, especially since there isn't a soft oscope that is open source.  Do we not have any templates?
