Hi, I have a GPIB card which has failed. I ran IBIC and could not talk to the device on the GPIB bus. I replaced the card and the new card works properly. How do I return the old card for repair?
You need to contact NI's tech support. This is one of the public forums used for discussing questions and problems. It's not an NI tech support forum, though NI folks frequent these boards. Still, you can't rely on this, and should contact them directly.
