Error code meaning on Labview instrument

Good morning, I have a problem with the instruments I am controlling via GIPB visa on labview.

 

The error code is as shown in the following image, can you tell me what it means?

Right-click on the error cluster and choose "Explain Error".  The description is "The given session or object reference is invalid."  So you do not have a proper VISA Resource.

Make sure you are using the right serial port.  Also, try using a different cable. Can we see the whole screenshot of your block diagram?

How old is your PC?
