Error GPIB interface

Hello,

I use a NI PCIe-6509 for connecting some keithley instruments to PC W10. Unfortunately, after an automatic PC update, GPIB doesn't work properly anymore. Attached the error I get by "Test panel" of NI MAX software. Any suggestion to solve the problem?

Hello Chiara!

In MAX, go to TOOLS >> Reset Configuration Data. This will remove all of your devices and settings from MAX and will reset the database file. Afterwards, restart your computer and see if you can use your device.

I doubt that.  A PCIe-6509 is a static DIO card.  It has nothing to do with GPIB.
