Error -65537

Hi;

I am facing an error (Error -65537) which says 'The module that was detected is different than the module that was expected. Make sure the slot the module is configured for in software matches the physical location of the module.' I check the physical location of the chasis they look okay and also cable looks okay too. However, I can not comminicate with them. Does anyone face this eror before? If yes what should I do to fix it? Thank you

Could you give me a little more information about your setup? 

1) What hardware are you using (modules and chassis)

2) What software do you have?

3) What is the OS you're using?
