I believe what you are looking for is a driver for this instrument. 

For your driver needs you should always check out the Instrument Driver Network.

Here is the page you are specifically asking for.  We have many 66xx drivers you can choose the one that suits you.

Thanks GovBob, the overvoltage prot value was my problem.  But it didn't solve my instrument specific error.  Any more insight?

Not sure if I can help or not. I need to know what specific error code you are getting and what model number of power supply you are using.

It's working now.  I think I just needed to reinitialize.
