Controlling a programmable DC power supply via LabVIEW

Hi
I am looking to control a programmable DC power supply (Model: PTDP-5-5R-BI, make: Power TM), which is input into a pair of electromagnets to generate a magnetic field. I could search for the instrument driver for the power supply in ni.com/id only to discover the unavailability of the corresponding instrument driver. As of now, I am unable to obtain SCPI commands for the instrument on their website. Is it possible to control it using VISA? If possible, please share some advice on it, especially by providing some example files on it .

Assuming it has the communication ports available, you can certainly talk to the instrument with VISA.  But it is really hard to talk to something when you don't know its language.
