Connection between RS232 AND PC

Hi! I wanna set serial connection between rs232 and PC. I'm taking error code as -1073807202. I couldn't see data from serial port in Labview. What can I do about this subject? can you help me? thank you...

I can take data from RS232 any more. but my informations coming 4 bytes in every second(always coming like this 127127225) I want to seperate bytes(Like this pulse=127, oxygen saturation = 127, temperature room = 22,5) Am I use should array? What can I do? I'm waiting for your helps, thank you...

You said you're getting 4 bytes every second, but you also gave a sequence of numbers, which is 9 digits long. So are you getting that entire sequence after 2.25 seconds? How do you know when the sequence of numbers starts and/or ends?
