I think it might be (???) an internal LAN -> RS232/RS485 converter like we have in a (other) Binder Temperature Chamber:
Try to find out the IP Adress of the Temperature Chamber and try to access it through the Browser.

Hello guys,
I am working right now with the vötsch ovens VT3 7060 and VT3 7100, I would try to communicate with RS232...However, these ovens doesnt have rs232 port. So I will need to use the ethernet interface (TCP/IP). So my question is that is it possible to communicate using ASCII 2 commands for ethernet communication protocol?

Hi,
I have also VT3 7060 and VT3 7100, and they don't have RS232 ports, it says that is option maybe we can adapt it, is it possible? So did it work for you communicating with ETHERNET and using ASCI protocols ? Because I am also trying to do that but it doesn't work... As I know I need to use crossover lan cable if I want to connect directly from my PC to a chamber or If i want to add it to a server than with normal network cable it can be done as I did my research... So can you give me some hints if you already did that? Thanks in advance!

Hello,
1. you say that you can access and talk to the chamber ofer simpati.
Is there a configuration in simpati, to which IP Adress you talk to?
An ethernet chamber must be accessed by IP Address. Which Address is it?
2. If you know the address (e.g. it is 192.168.10.134) then type this address into your browser.
What happens then?
3. Have you talked to the support guys from weiss technik? What do they suggest?

Hello,
I have a Vötsch VT4002 and I am using ASCII protocol with RS232 terminal.
I would like to know if it is possible to set a temperature profile without using the prerecorded one, set a Tmin and Tmax with a configurable step and holding time between each step?
For example have the climatic chamber working from 25°C to 60°C with a step of 5°C and holding time between each step of 10min ?
I am not finding anything on the operating instructions manual.
Could you help please ?
