Communicating with High Speed Serial Ports in VB Net

Using VB.Net, how do I communicate with a high speed serial board (NI-PCI8430/4) at a baud rate of 1Mb/s. The current MSCom object will only let me go to 115200 baud.

Thanks Kurt. I am using measurement Studio, but in this case I solved the problem by using the VB.Net common dialogue.
