Thanks for helping.

I tried to do a repair and it did not solve the problem.

I think its a hardware compatibility issue between NI PCI card with the PC motherboard.

I have the same problem when I tried to install a NI PCI 6602 to the PC.

But I have a PCI card from Keithley installed in the PC without problem.

I could also install a NI USB 6008 without problem.

have you checked the BIOS for your pc.
