The HP 4280AAgilent e4980A C-V Plotter is obsolete as Agilent said. so, it doesn't exist a driver for the instrument.

If anyone have a C-V program of Agilent e4980A, please send it to me as soon as possible.

Look, I don't have the CV Program, but I downloded the library Agilent E4980A which works with Labview 8.0, 8.5 and 8.6. even you can download the same library working with version 2009 and 2010. For CV program, you have to make some trials to get it. I think it is easy because the library's content is sufficient to make a CV program.

Hello, thank you for posting to me the CV program of HP4280A.

In CV program only the C Mode spot bias or OFF (internal bias) works, but the C-V Mode does'nt work since the difference here is to give the parameters of Start, Stop, Step voltages, Hold time, and step delay time to the instrument. it is the same case to C-t Mode.
I have done some changes in the CV program, but it runs very fast and does'nt take any measurement (I don't know why) and rapidly demands on me to save data.

If you have an idea to solve this, it will be very easy for C-t Program.

you have to understand the C-T mode framework !!!
