CLK and SI

Hello there , 

I want to creat a programme to give a CLK signal with 50KHz frequency and SI signal with 50KHz/129 and use these signals for CLK and SI to control the TSL1401R-LF.

I will be thankful for your help

what Hardware, or which port do you want to use to create that clock Signal?
