Brainbox ES246 Accessing Problem

Hello,

 

I have a Brainbox (ES246) RS 232 to ethernet controller. 

 

The Brainbox has been set up correctly and I can access via the IP address.

 

When I try and access with MAX I find that I get an error message as shown in the attachments.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Daniel,

 

Can you try to select the Serial and Parallel or the COM port in MAX and go on Tools > NI-VISA > VISA interactive Control and see whether the device is detected there?
