Hi guys,
to introduce myself I am the Field Operations Manager for a small solar company in Atl, GA. I have a project where one of my SolarEdge inverters uses a rs-485 to communicate to a energy meter (branded Wattnode) that has CT's clamped over wires. I have ran into a situation where I have to jump over a 75 ft concrete parkway to get the energy meter where it needs to be. I know I can mount some kind of weather box on the exterior of both building and let it communicate wireless. I cannot find device that will do this. Any help? Has someone done this before? The energy meter is reporting instantaneously to the inverter to know how mutch output from the batteries is transfering to the grid.

Hi THeSOlarGuy,
Have you seen this device? Its a wireless rs-485 serial node and it might be suitable for your application.
