Failed to parse the SCL file

Hello 

I am currenly using a cRIO-9075 in order to implement it as a IED. I want to publisher GOOSE and MMS using the Example VIs, but I get an error -36290 that is attached. 

All the configuration is also attached. 

Could you please help me?

Hey

NI-Industrial Communications for IEC 61850 15.0 Readme state that GOOSE only support cRIO-906x and cRIO-903x. I suggest that you use a new target and have a try.
