FPGA compilation error LabVIEW 2012

I did tried to compile simple FPGA "test.vi" to cRIO-9074. I had the Error -61330 occurred at niFpgaCompileWorker_ProcessStatusPipe.vi:1<-niFpgaCompileWorker_GetStatus.vi<-niFpgaCompile_Worker.vi:1.

Installed programs: LV2012 v12.0f3(32bit), CompactRIO 12.0, LVFPGA 13.4, LVRTE 6.1, LVRT 2014 SP1, compile worker 2012 ...

Compile worker saved this log (in adds file). Sometimes the compilation stopped in "wait in queue" part and has been waiting for a long time.
