A Highspeed ADC for SOM/SBRIO (6.4GSPS)

I was always interested to put high-speed ADC in an SBRIO, but nowadays many HSADC are with jedec204 or serial LVDS interface, which seems not suit for SBRIO.

But I found one ADC made by TI that fits very well with SBRIO, the ADC12DL3200, it provides two 3.2Gsps 12bit ADC, can combine as one 6.4GSPS.

It has 48 pairs of LVDS DDR, with 4 clocks and 4 strobe LVDS pairs, in the end, if we want to sample a 1.6Gsps signal, you only end up with a 200Mhz clock, which is possible on an SBRIO device.

Also, there is a catch, take 9609 as an example, there are only 45 pairs of LVDS, which can only use 45 -4clokc -4strobe, there are only 37 pairs left, which means we will only get 9bit data.

Also, ADC083000 is worth considering, it uses 1:4 parallel LVDS interface runs at max speed of 375Mhz.
