I have a cDAQ9189 with several modules and sensors, including high sample rate accelerometers and low sample rate thermocouples.
After I run and save the data in the .tdms format, sometimes the accelerometer data is missing, i.e. all zeros even though thermocouple data is available for the same time duration. It's noticeable which datasets have missing high frequency data as the files are a lot smaller.
Any suggestions as to why or how I can fix this?
