FlexLogger crashes..

Hi,

I have installed FlexLogger to two different PCs. 

But it does not work, the application crashes after creating a new project or opening an existing one.

FlexLogger was working before but not anymore. Maybe after some NI update.. not sure. Are there any logfiles somewhere? I have cDAQ-9185 chassis connected to the network and all newest NI sw parts.

This likely happened after an update that updated the LabVIEW 2023 Runtime Engine to Patch 3.
This is a known issue for which there is a KB:
FlexLogger Crashes When Opening or Creating a Project - NI

To workaround this issue, follow these steps:
 

1. Browse to C:\Program Files\National Instruments\FlexLogger\
2. Open the NationalInstruments.IoDataPef.Engine.ini file with administrator privileges.
3. Add the following entry to the [NationalInstruments.IoDataPef.Engine] section of the INI file: 

FeatureToggle.SearchCache=False

4. Save the file and relaunch FlexLogger.
