i am using measurement and instrument to get data from a field point panel,, yesterday it gave an erroe unable to connect,, i checked all the system and i could not fix the error,, the strange thing is that under remote system it says connected and under the data neighborhood, it says unable to connect,, how can i fix this?
Try refreshing Measurement & Automation Explorer (MAX) by pressing F5. Does it still appear? Are you able to see all of the modules or only the controller? If you are still getting the error, please post a screenshot of the error.
