Fieldpoint 1601 with labview 2011, not able to read data

Hi I am using LabVIEW 2011 version Evaluation package, I try to connect Fieldpoint 1601 with labview, not connecting  and also fieldpoint icon also not available in both function & control Palatte. Pl. give your suggestion and queries to sort out this problem.

 

 note: I installed Field point driver software v4.
