FP-CTR-500 Counter Reset

I am using Measurement Studio for VB6 to control Field Point modules (FP-AI-100, FP-110, FP-AO-200,FP-DI-301, FP-DO-401, FP-CTR-500).

The computer (Windows XP, VB6 sp6, Measurement Studio for VB6, MAX 4.2.1) is connected to the communication module ( FP-1001) with an RS-485 communication card (NI-PCI-485I/2).

Everything works fine  except the counter reset of the FP-CTR-500.

To make it easy, i use the binding properties of the CWButton and CWEditNum to read and write to the defined elements in MAX.

I can reset the Counter 0,

I write 1 for reset and 2 for increment to the Control@Ch0,

It works for counter 0 but not for other counters.

I had search extensively the developer zone and not find any specific topic that i had not already tried to fix it.

Any idea  ....

Hi Jacques,
It sounds like you have already figured out how to add the item in MAX to reset your counter.  Are you able to reset all of the counter channels sucessfully in MAX? It would be helpful if we could narrow this problem to software or hardware for now.
