Correction for RTD

Iam using FP-RTD-122 modules with PT 100 RTD.Vi developed using L.V 7.0. iam facing some temp diff of +/_ 4 to 5 Deg C.The same was corrected by Hot Plugging the modules, this works fine for some FP modules but not for others. When the same RTD is connected to an diff module it gives a correct reading, some r having problem in the + temp & some in the - temp, but when connected to an 2604 Controller it displays within +/- 1 Deg. Can a correction Vi for this be made where it senses the particular temp & compensates the reading. Can u plz help me out .

Suresh,

The FP-RTD-122 modules that you have need to be re-calibrated. Contact National Instruments to arrange for an RMA and re-calibration. Specifically mention that there is a 4-5 degree offset and hot-plugging fixes the problem.
