SPAM filter improvements

Most of the SPAM I have seen lately have phone numbers in the subject (typically India).  You might want to look into adding something for that in the filter.

It is difficult to recognize a phone number without significant AI, especially if they use nonstandard delimiters. There are many posts with numbers (e.g. NI hardware part numbers) and they still need to get through.
