Client-side removal/blocking of animated icons

Is it possible for me to disable/block user icons that move around too much for me? (I'm happy to add either specific icons to some list in my browser, or a flag to prevent all animation from forums.ni.com or similar).

Of course if people want to have animated, catchy icons, that can be their choice, but I personally find it a little distracting.

If NI wants to add an option to disable this in my profile settings, that'd be awesome, but I expect there's a solution that requires less work from NI (like a browser flag for a specific site, etc).

I'll put it in the queue as a possible update in the future. Until then, I suggest a browser plugin that blocks animated gifs. I have one installed on my non-work laptop and it helps.
